Coaching & Mentoring
Our training programmes provide support for children and young people across the UK as well as adults. With a priority to capture all children and young people, regardless of background or experience, we work with every type of education setting as well as services for children and young people.

Devised with coaching and mentoring at its core, our wide-ranging programmes operate through a holistic approach. Our purpose is always to support, inspire and elevate the lives of children and young people in the UK, building their self image whilst ensuring rich opportunities are within reach for all of them.

Programmes for Schools   The UTCAI “United to Change and Inspire” Programme, for Primary Schools

With a focus on bravery, participants will be taken through the exciting UTCAI United to Change and Inspire programme.

The session will support both teachers and participants in understanding the pupils’ strengths and how to use them in the most positive ways to enhance behaviour, wellbeing and the whole school culture.

This programme is aimed at children aged from 5 – 11. It is adapted for each age group as required, and takes into account attention spans and as well as the physical, emotional, social and cognitive skills of each age group. Pupils will be invited to explore their own strengths and challenges and identify and appreciate those in others.

UTCAI Dance, Yoga and Movement Mindfulness Classes, for Nurseries , Primary Schools and Secondary Schools

We offer programmes and classes in different dance styles and Movement Mindfulness Yoga for nursery, primary school and secondary school ages.

As well as benefitting balance, strength and posture, practising dance, movement and yoga helps children develop confidence and body awareness.

Our Movement and Mindfulness classes focus on coping toolkits so that young people can deal better with struggle and hardship and can avoid poor decisions that could have long lasting effects.

The classes provide a place of freedom and give the children full licence to “let go”. The classes are led by an experienced dance and yoga instructor.

The UTCAI “Courage” Programme, for Secondary Schools

With a focus on courage, participants will be taken through the exciting UTCAI United to Change and Inspire programme.

The session aims to build courageous young leaders through these highly interactive strengths and value discovery. Students are supported in using them in the most positive ways to positively influence behaviour, wellbeing and the whole school culture.

This programme is aimed at children aged from 11 – 18. It is adapted for each age group as required.

Pupils will be invited to explore their own strengths and challenges and identify and appreciate those in others. Working in groups, the pupils will examine examples of everyday leadership, strength and courage and will gain valuable insight into their own traits in these areas.
