Our training
programmes provide support for children and young people across the UK as well
as adults. With a priority to capture all children and young people, regardless
of background or experience, we work with every type of education setting as
well as services for children and young people.
Devised with
coaching and mentoring at its core, our wide-ranging programmes operate through
a holistic approach. Our purpose is always to support, inspire and elevate the
lives of children and young people in the UK, building their self image whilst ensuring
rich opportunities are within reach for all of them.
Mentoring is at the heart of all we do. Across most
of our programmes and projects, you’ll find some sort of mentoring, with a
purpose to build skills, self-worth and aspirations, in everyone we work with.
Our mentoring services are available for both
children and adults, including young people at risk of exclusion or NEET.
Our
mentoring projects already involve: youth services, schools, alternative
provision, PRUs, mental health and wellbeing groups and the Prison Service.
Supporting staff at all levels of an organisation,
we offer a bespoke programme of personalised coaching for adults. Our coaching
services are available for one-to-one and group coaching, delivered over a
range of durations.
Working across the country, our coaching sessions
are centred on issues directly related to equity, diversity and inclusion.
From leaders to managers, frontline workers and
staff teams, we explore an array of topics to address cultural change, barriers
to opportunity, devices for inclusion, prevalent perceptions and perspectives,
issues around equity and more.
